Joseph Persico is the Founder and CEO of Hy-Grade Contractors Corp., a leading Long Island residential and commercial construction organization. He is living proof that childhood dreams can become a reality. Joe launched his company at the early age of seventeen. While his friends were making plans for homecoming and prom, Joe was working on construction plans and writing estimates for his residential and commercial clients who are still a large part of his loyal customer portfolio today.

Being an actively involved owner in all aspects of his company has successfully enabled Joe & his experienced team at Hy-Grade Contractors Corp. to deliver the highest quality results and superior craftsmanship. Quality, attention to detail, and dependable customer care are the cornerstone of Joe’s organization that has successfully spanned 26 years in New York’s Construction Industry. Joe Persico has raised the bar of construction industry standards and coupled with his impeccable reputation; Hy-Grade continues to stand out amongst the best in the New York market.

Joe serves on the Board of Directors for the Professional Remodeling Organization New York (PRO NY) and in January of 2022, he was elected as Vice President. Hy-Grade Contractors Corp. was a recent recipient of the prestigious 2022 PRO NY Remodeler of the Year Award. Additionally, Hy-Grade Contractors Corp. has been awarded the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), 2019 Contractor of the Year Award, and the 2019 Regional Contractor of the Year Award.

Joe also volunteers his time and efforts with various foundations that support the Long Island community that he and his family proudly call home.
